The Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession)

In order to receive the Holy Eucharist worthily and in a state of grace, it is important for us to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation regularly. Here at St. Francis de Sales, we offer the Sacrament of Reconciliation on: 

Friday: 6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. 

Saturday: 4:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.

Other times are available by appointment. Please call 905-683-1403 ext. 104 or ext. 105.

Act of Contrition

O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee, and I detest all my sins because of Thy just punishments, but most of all because they offend Thee, my God, who art all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy grace, to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin. Amen.
